This policy is governed by Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Single Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015) and any rules that amend or complement them, as well as the instructions of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Inquiries: we answer within ten (10) business days of receipt. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and respond no later than five (5) business days after that.
Claims (correction, update, deletion or breach): we handle them within fifteen (15) business days. If a claim is incomplete, we'll ask you to complete it within five (5) days; after two (2) months without a reply we will consider it withdrawn. If we cannot resolve it in time, we'll explain why and handle it no later than eight (8) business days after that.
Your data is stored in cloud services with high security standards, which may be located outside Colombia. It may also be shared with our affiliated company in the United States and with providers that help us deliver the service (for example payment gateways such as Stripe or ePayco), always under agreements that protect your information. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
We apply technical, human and administrative measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access or misuse of your data. We keep it as long as needed for the purposes described or while there is a legal or contractual obligation to do so.
